这篇是周三的时候上课的时候写的，不过要重写（这个是作业~~）@@"~~~不过老师好像没有找出什么大的错误之处。不过用词方面用得很抱歉这个是事实(不过里面不少内容是用来骗我那么黑人英文老师的~~)
重新把这篇打一遍，真得挺累得，不过发觉，我打字比写字快。

Fried Bean Curd
The bean curd is the finest food that all Chinese like to eat and eat a lot. Without the rice, noodles, and dumpling, the bean curd is the greatest food in Chinese food. It is a perfect breakfast, also it is a delicious snack. The bean curd has a long history, also you can find a lot information in bean curd. The bean curd have a lot kind, and the fried been curd is my favorite food.
The bean curd is an important Chinese breakfast. Chinese breakfast is a light breakfast. It always get a porridge of rice and deep-fried fluffy dough sticks. the deep-fried fluffy dough sticks is very hard to make and if you want to buy at restaurant it need a lot time. It is a good breakfest. So if you eat breakfest at home, the bean curd is your first chioce. It doesn't need to cook, and if you want to cook it, it doesn't use a lot time. My favorite breakfast is bean curd, I eat it with soy sauce, It can be a yummy food. Its save my time and good for health.
The bean curd has a long history, I think the history of bean curd is more then a thousand years old. Nobody know when was it invented and who invented it. In folklore, there have many versions of story of the been curd. Of those, I know two stories of the bean curd. They are very popular.
The bean curd was invented by An Liu. He was grandson of first king of Han dynasty of China who name is Bang Liu. The been curd invent about BC 164. In the story, The Mother of An Liu who is very like to eat bean. one day She be sick abed. An Liu ask the servant to milling the bean than cook it. after that, An Liu worry about the taste of bean soup, So he add some salt, and the bean soup to be solidify. An Liu is a Taoist who make pills of immortality. So After that, he is going to study for been with other Taoist. they discover the soybean milk can solidify by gesso and salt. And cook it, the taste is very yummy.
Another story says the bean curd was invented by a woman. In the story, in a little family, there are a mother, a son and a daughter-in-law. The mother doesn't like her daughter-in-low. The mother doesn't get soybean milk her daughter-in-law drink and let her drink. one day the mother was leave home for two to three days. after the mother left. The daughter-in-low first thing to do is to cook the soybean milk. When she going to drink soybean milk, she hear some sound of footfall. she worry about her mother-in-law, so she pours the soybean milk to the mug，than going to see who is come back. He is her husband, so she want to drink soybean milk with her husband. When they open the top of the mug, they saw the soybean milk to be solidify. Original the mug before has soaked the pickled cabbage. there have some sauce of pickled cabbage. So soybean milk to be solidify. After that they eat it, the taste is good, and name it tease husband. The sound of tease husband in chinese is same for chinese of bean curd-"Dou Fu".
You can find a lot information in bear curd. There have a lot kind of bean curd. I don't know how many kind of bean curd have. But its have two big kind of bead curd. They are the tender bean curd and the hard bean curd. The tender bean curd always used to cook for soup, and it is a perfect breakfast. The hard bean curd is my favorite, because the fried bean curd always use the hard bean curd to fried. I don't like to eat it at restaurant, because they always only fried it and the taste is not very good. I like it eat it by make for myself. I cut it to quarter of bean curd than fried them. after that I stir-fry them with soy sauce and same condiment. It is very easy to make, but its taste is very very yummy. However, the bean curd also get samething is very hard to cook. For example, The spicy and hot bean curd is very popular, But its not everyone know how to cook. The bean curd is a very cheap food, but its also get same very expensive and rare. For example, Mao Dou Fu is one of very special food of same very expensive and rare of bean curd food. At many many years oge, It is one of palace of food, only people who is live in palace can eat it, other place, it is very hard to eat it.
Forever, my favorite food is fried bean curd. It is very cheap but it is very yummy, and it is very easy to make, also it is a healthy food. |
